HIIT @ Home
HIIT @ Home by Candy Browne is a 12 week program developed for an intermediate level of fitness.
Inside this Ebook you will find a collection of 6 x workouts per week for 6 weeks with the final 6 weeks of the program acting as a repeat of the first 6 weeks where you are required to improve on your results (ie. times, weights etc).
The program is broken down into two parts:
- Weeks 1 – 6 which are a collection of 6 different workouts per week including rest day suggestions
- Weeks 6 – 12 which are a mirror of the first 6 weeks to measure progress and add intensity to sessions
Please note – a dumbell, skipping rope and area to box jump/step-up is required for this program. It is also suggested that you purchase a diary/notebook in order to record your results after each workout.
This program has been developed by a qualified personal trainer however it does not take into account your personal level of fitness, potential injuries etc. It is important to always consult your healthcare professional prior to partaking in a program to ensure it is suited to you specifically.
